Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment 24hrs notice of cancellation of a session is required from the client.

 

When less than 24hrs notice is given, 50% of service fee will apply except in circumstances of illness, accident or emergency. 

 

However, please note that when no contact is made with Doves Counselling via phone (0406 501 841) or email (donna@dovescounselling.com.au) and you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full fee. Payment of full fee will be required from the client within 24hrs from receipt of invoice from Doves Counselling.

Doves Counselling reserves the right to reschedule client appointments at any time if it is deemed necessary due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
